Pets are not allowed. However, there are several specialized pet hotels near the resort where they can be boarded during your stay. The hotel does not have a partnership with these companies.
Accommodation for Children and Adolescents
There is no minimum age requirement to stay at the hotel; however, minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
If minors are present without their parents or legal guardians, a notarized authorization from their legal representatives must be presented at the time of check-in.
Law 8069/90 Art. 82, “The accommodation of a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, boarding house, or similar establishment is prohibited, unless authorized or accompanied by parents or a guardian.”
Visitor Policy
Guest visitors are permitted in social areas subject to availability. Registration at the reception is required and a consumption fee may apply (please consult the reception for conditions and rates).
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in social areas or hotel rooms, as established by law.
Anti-Smoking Law No. 12,546/2011 – “Smoking is prohibited in public or private places that are fully or partially enclosed throughout the country. The law also applies to common areas of condominiums, hotels, and clubs.”

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
Booking Conditions
Rates and Cancellation
Refundable rate – a rate that allows cancellation up to 3 (three) days before check-in under certain circumstances. After this period, it will not be possible to change and/or cancel the reservation. Cancellation conditions can be reviewed during the booking process.
Non-refundable rate – a promotional rate where cancellation and/or modification of the reservation is not permitted. Full prepayment is required. The conditions for this rate can be reviewed during the booking process.
Early Departure Refund
Early departure does not entitle the guest to a refund, as the maximum period for cancellation is 7 (seven) days from the date of service acquisition, as provided for in Art. 49 of the Consumer Defense Code. In this sense, under no circumstances will prepaid amounts be returned, given that early departure incurs a fine. The collection of this fine is supported by Art. 20 of Decree 7,381/2010.
Stay Guarantee
At check-in, credit card details will be requested to guarantee expenses related to various extras.
Children’s Accommodation
Children from 3 (three) to 12 (twelve) years old pay an additional fee, the value of which varies according to the type of board reserved. From age 13 onwards, the full adult rate will apply.
Payment Methods
Bank transfer – To finalize the reservation, it is essential to present proof of the financial transaction sent to the reservations center at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date.

Credit card – Installment payments via credit card up to 10x with Elo, Visa, or Mastercard, and up to 3x with other cards (minimum installment R$ 50.00). We do not accept third-party cards.
